By downloading or using MaziShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

MaziShare is a tool that facilitates the collection of photos and videos from event guests into a host's cloud storage folder (Google Drive or Dropbox).

3. Use of Cloud Storage

Hosts must provide access to their Google Drive or Dropbox account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any folders created by the app. MaziShare is not responsible for any data loss occurring within your cloud storage.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute viruses or harmful code.

5. Content Ownership

We do not claim ownership of any content uploaded through the app. Content processed by the app belongs to the respective users and is stored on the host's designated cloud drive.

6. Limitation of Liability

MaziShare is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
